Glass handling conveyor for the inspection of glass panels with 70-degree tilt positioning
Ask for a quote
Our conveyor systems are designed to support post-print quality control. By tilting the glass panels at an ideal viewing angle, it allows operators to carry out accurate visual inspections under dedicated lighting. The structure ensures stability during movement and makes inspection tasks easier and more efficient within the production line.
Features
Equipped with round PU belts for stable short-edge leading conveying, powered by a geared motor through a synchronous belt.
The belt section is mounted above a built-in light box. Both elements tilt together in a fan-like motion to improve surface visibility.
Glass panels tilt to an approximate 70-degree angle, offering a better view for inspecting printed details or defects.
The tilting movement is controlled by a geared motor and crank linkage system, with speed regulation via an inverter.
Two support beams near the center are equipped with glass stops to hold panels securely when tilted.
