Features
- The printing and ink-return movements are motor-driven to ensure smooth and stable operation throughout the process.
- Both the squeegee and ink-return blade use a pneumatic lifting mechanism, with adjustable pressure settings to suit different ink types and printing requirements.
- The entire printing unit can be lifted, making it easier to replace the squeegee or ink-return blade and to clean the screen.
- The screen frame includes X, Y1, and Y2 fine-tuning controls with ±15mm of adjustment, allowing quick and accurate alignment between the screen and the glass panel for precise printing.
