Air coolers are used in glass printing production lines to cool glass panels after the drying stage. By using powerful air showers from both the top and bottom, these systems help lower the temperature of the glass quickly while supporting the final stages of ink drying. They offer various configurations to accommodate different glass sizes and production needs, ensuring efficient cooling and clean results.

Features

Available in standard widths of 600mm, 1000mm, 1300mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, and 2400mm.
Each cooling zone is 2000mm long, and the tunnel’s total length can be customized by combining multiple zones.
Top and bottom jet air cooling helps accelerate the cooling process and supports further ink curing.
Inlet filters at each fan intake help maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination during cooling.
Optional mesh belt or roller conveyor systems can be selected based on production requirements.
The upper hood opens in a fan-shaped motion for easy access during maintenance.
Each cooling zone includes an automatic safety bar for operator protection.
