Double-roller coating machines are designed for the even application of coatings or paints on glass panels used in architectural, decorative, and home appliance applications. The setup features two rollers: a printing roller and an ink-homogenizing roller, each with independently adjustable rotation speeds for better control and uniformity.
The ink-homogenizing roller is made of steel, while the printing roller is coated with urethane and features laser-etched lines to ensure clean, consistent coverage across the surface. Both rollers are driven by motors through worm gear reducers, allowing for stable performance during operation. To adapt to different glass thicknesses, our double-roller coaters include a full lifting mechanism guided by four support rods. This mechanism is powered by a lead screw system and includes a digital display for precise height adjustments. Additionally, the distance between the two rollers can be adjusted manually with position indicators, making it easy to fine-tune the setup for specific coating requirements.
