GA Series (Fully Automatic)

Large-size automotive glass, such as panoramic windshields or sunroofs, requires printing equipment that balances size capacity with production stability. Designed to handle glass sizes up to 1800 × 2500 mm, this fully automatic screen printing system integrates seamlessly into a complete production line, supporting automatic loading, alignment, printing, drying, cooling, and unloading. Its streamlined structure and reliable operation make it especially suitable for entry-level or mid-sized manufacturers looking for cost-effective options. Beyond automotive applications, the wide-format capability also accommodates decorative printing on architectural and furniture glass, helping expand production flexibility.

Equipped with a six-stopper positioning system driven by pneumatic cylinders, the printing table ensures ±0.1 mm positioning accuracy. This setup provides strong adaptability for glass panels with complex contours, such as front and rear windshields with curved edges.
The patented composite panel surface has a low friction coefficient, protecting the glass from scratches and offering excellent resistance to solvents.
The GA model automatic screen printing machine comes with an integrated air floating system that helps reduce the risk of scratches during loading and unloading. It supports glass thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 19 mm.
Optional: The GA-A variant features independently controlled air floating and vacuum zones, along with floating positioning points. This configuration enhances accuracy when handling ultra-thin glass under 2 mm. Individually operated brass valves allow flexible adjustment of the active working area to match various glass sizes, minimizing the risk of screen drying during printing.
