Used in fully automated production lines, the glass lifter is designed to transfer glass sheets between different floor levels. It supports vertical layouts by enabling seamless flow across floors, helping optimize space and improve process efficiency.

The internal conveyor uses a flat belt to transport glass panels. Speed is adjustable via a frequency inverter for better control and synchronization with the line.
Depending on the required height and production rhythm, the lifter can be designed as a single-stage or multi-stage structure. Entire lifting motion is powered by a motor.
Pneumatic locking pins are installed at the top position to secure the structure, while maintenance locking pins are placed at the lower side for safe access.
A counterweight system is integrated on the opposite side of the chain to maintain balance during lifting. A safety cable is also installed to prevent accidents.
The structure includes a protective cover and a maintenance platform at the second floor for safe inspections and servicing.
