In architectural glass production, manufacturers often work on projects that require glass panels of varying shapes and dimensions, even when the printed design remains the same. Relying on traditional screen printing in these cases would mean preparing multiple screens and constantly switching between them, which significantly slows down production and increases operational costs.

To address this, our team developed a roller coating solution in 2006 that allows for efficient full-surface ink application on glass panels of different sizes without the need for frequent changeovers. This innovation quickly caught the attention of the market. In 2007, we delivered a 2000mm-wide automatic roller coating line to one of the leading glass processors in Taiwan. The positive feedback we received opened the door for broader adoption both locally and overseas.

Since then, we’ve continued to refine the roller coating equipment, expanding its working range, improving coating uniformity, making maintenance easier, and increasing its level of automation.
