This printing line was developed to meet the specific requirements of glass panels used in washing machines, microwave ovens, and cooktops. Back in 2011, a Korean company approached us looking for a way to improve efficiency. They were relying on semi-automatic machines that needed a lot of manual labor, which increased both operating and management costs. What made automation challenging was the shape of the glass, irregular ovals with minimal differences between sides, and the need to align the print in a specific direction. To solve this, we designed a glass printing system that combined custom-built mechanical parts with servo-driven controls, ensuring precise positioning and consistent print quality. After installation, the client was able to reduce labor significantly while maintaining accuracy and speed. Since then, we’ve continued refining our technology to support more clients in this field, helping them improve productivity and stay competitive.
